Lighting and Camera at Mount Pleasant Studio

Mount Pleasant Studio is a fully soundproof, pre-rigged film and TV studio in central London, optimised for interviews, branded content, podcasts and other talent-led shoots as well as green screen projects.

We provide a comprehensive in-house lighting inventory and camera-friendly facilities, with simple package pricing or individual hire where required, helping productions move quickly, budget clearly, and avoid unnecessary friction.

Ground Lighting Package — £835 / day

Includes all ground-based lighting and grip from our in-house inventory.

• Use as many fixtures and accessories as required
• Ideal for interviews, branded content, podcasts and press shoots
• No per-item charges or clock-watching

Ground & Overhead Lighting Package — £1,435 / day

Includes all ground lighting plus our pre-rigged overhead lighting system:

• 8 × overhead Nanlux 650C soft panels
• Cyclights for even, controllable background illumination
• Fast resets and consistent top-light throughout the day

The lighting packages are designed to provide clarity and flexibility.

International and US-based productions regularly shoot with us, and the packages are designed to translate easily for visiting crews.

Individual Lighting Hire

Individual lighting items can still be hired for smaller or more specific shoots. However, for the majority of productions, clients find the lighting packages more straightforward and cost-effective.

All lighting is professionally maintained, well-kept, and optimised for the studio.

• DMX lighting control and power distribution

CAMERA FACILITIES

The studio is camera-agnostic. Productions are welcome to bring their own camera packages, or work with trusted suppliers and crew.
