Catering

We are pleased to offer high-quality catering through our trusted partner, John Charlick Foods, served buffet-style in our on-site kitchen. A recent client said: "A big shout out to the caterers - the food was delicious!”

As well as delicious catering, we supply Union Hand-Roasted Coffee from our espresso machine, as well as various teas, hot chocolate, etc. Chilled, filtered water is available from a machine on the stage. Soft drinks are available from fridges in the kitchen and Green Room.

While menus vary daily, the following is a representative sample:

Breakfast – £9.50 per person

• Assorted fresh pastries
• Bacon, sausage, or fried egg rolls
• Smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels
• Fruit pots with granola, yogurt, honey, and seasonal berries

Lunch – £19.00 per person

• Chicken with honey, mustard, and olives
• Vegetarian frittata with mature cheddar
• Pasta salad with homemade pesto
• Tomato, watercress, and fennel salad
• Pasta salad with homemade pesto
• Homemade chocolate and amaretti cake

We are happy to accommodate all dietary requirements with advance notice. A lighter, portable 'lunch on the go' option is also available upon request.
